HOLY DOOR at Notre - Dame Cathedral Basilica of Quebec.

and enjoy the Christmas Wonderland, Quebec City, Three Rivers and Montreal.

Located in the Notre Dame Basilica - Cathedral, the Holy Door of Quebec City is one of seven
such doors worldwide, and the only one to be found outside of Europe.  Holy Doors symbolize a
passage between what one leaves behind to what one wishes to walk toward.


Quebec City received the Holy Door at the Cathedral-Basilica Notre-Dame de Quebec on December 8, 2013.  This marked the first time a Holy Door was established outside of Europe.  The door was a gift from the Vatican and was unveiled as part of the celebrations for the 350th anniversary of the parish.
The Holy Door will close on December 31, 2025.


We also visit the Basilica of Sainte - Anne-de-Beaupre, an important pilgrimage place credited by the Catholic Church with many miracles of curing the sick and disabled.
We also visit Our Lady of the Cape Shrine, the largest Marian Shrine in Canada.  The visit to the Little Sanctuary which is reputed to be one of the oldest churches in Canada (1720).
on the third day we continue to Montreal and visit St-Joseph's Oratory, this jewel of Canadian heritage, founded at the beginning of the 20th century by Saint Brother Andre, a man of God with unshakable faith.
Additional stops at Notre Dame Basilica and Mary Queen of the World Cathedral.
